Here's what's included in your plan:
1) An 8-week workout plan with weight tracking, workout time tracking, and video tutorials attached to each exercise. 1 hour a day 5-days a week for 8 weeks, is all you need to see the change you have been wanting for so long.
2) An online community of people with a shared goal to help hold you accountable and keep you motivated. I understand that goals are easier achieved when you're being encouraged and supported by others.
